By your passing, we are all saddened,
But your spirit lives on within us,
Ans joy, we take, from old times past.

A heart so pure, a soul so kind,
Your love inspires and shines,
Even though your journey here has ended,
Your path to eternity has been founded.

Heard about the passing of your grandma a few days back. I feel your pain as i went through it last year.

Know that when our Heavenly Father decides to take you home, you'll see her again and when that day comes, it'll be forever.
